Shipping Policy
At Dust & Sugar, we take pride in handcrafting and carefully packaging every order. Please read below for details on our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. For personalized or custom items, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Times & Rates
• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–6 business days
• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
• Free Shipping: Available on U.S. orders over $150
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly before purchasing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dustandsugar.com. We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve any issues.
Return Policy
At Dust & Sugar, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process
To start a return, please email us at info@dustandsugar.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Dust & Sugar items! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
